Why we support legalizing marijuana.
We live here in New Hampshire. We work here. And like many of you, we care deeply about the health and wellness of our community.

The Reality in New Hampshire:
What do you think?
- Recreational marijuana is legal in every state surrounding New Hampshire:
Vermont. Maine. Massachusetts. Even Canada. - But in New Hampshire, despite our famous motto “Live Free or Die,” adults still can’t legally access cannabis for recreational or general wellness use.
- The result?
People cross the border to spend their money elsewhere—while New Hampshire loses out on potential revenue, jobs, and community benefits. - The most northern dispensary is in Conway or Plymouth.
- There are 0 dispensaries in all of Coos County.
- Right now people cross the border to get THC if they want it. So, why not get the revenue to go towards education and other community programs?
- There is less abuse of THC than alcohol. Yet, alcohol is legal.
- Ask someone in law enforcement if they would rather deal with a drunk individual or someone who is high. Generally the person who is drunk tends to be more violent...
- Right now THC is listed as a schedule 1 drug. So, that means the government thinks that cocaine is less of a problem than THC since cocaine is a schedule 2 drug. Does that make sense?
- Cocaine overdoses cause people to die... we can not find a case of someone dying from THC.
- Compare alcohol to THC. Alcohol can cause organ damage, cancer risk, and more.
- We feel THC is much safer.
- We support the responsible, regulated legalization of cannabis in New Hampshire—not just because it makes economic sense, but because we know it could help people live better, healthier lives.
- We already proudly offer high-quality, CBD, CBG, and CBN products. We see firsthand the positive impact these natural remedies have on our customers. With full legalization, we believe even more people could benefit.
